How To Order/Policies and Procedures
Orders can be received via e-mail 24/7 or can be placed by calling toll free at 1-800-897-2058, Monday thru Friday 10 am to 5 pm EST.
All items must be ordered in quantities of 10. If custom cutting is needed please order the nearest standard size and note your custom cutting requests in (parenthesis) next to that item. Custom cutting fees are $7.00 per 100 pieces, per size. Orders requiring printing should note so at the end of your order and we will contact you via e-mail or phone to discuss the next steps.
Please note that a minimum order fee of $4 may be added to any order less than $50 or 100 pieces at the discretion of the company.
All wedding invitations ship within 15 business days of approved copy. All special orders & orders over 300 pieces are quoted a shipping timetable upon finalization of design. On occasion a supplier issue causes a delay; if this occurs the client will be notified immediately and all steps will be taken to rush the order once available.

Large Order Discounts: Elements provides the best prices available to all clients. Please contact us for discounts on quantities over 100 pieces. We can often work with those requiring over 250 pieces of any particular item; please contact us if your order is of that size.
